Greenberg Traurig’s Brian T. Feeney and Jennifer Hermansky Named Philadelphia Business Journal ‘Best of the Bar’ 2023

PHILADELPHIA – Sept. 19, 2023 Brian T. Feeney and Jennifer Hermansky, shareholders of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’sPhiladelphia office, are among the legal professionals recognized on the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Best of the Bar’” 2023 list. Feeney and Hermansky are two of 35 lawyers across the region to earn the annual distinction.

The journal describes the group as “the region’s most impactful lawyers” across the Greater Philadelphia region, selected by an independent judging panel.

Feeney, a Litigation Practice shareholder, has more than 25 years of experience representing major financial institutions, internet companies, pharmaceutical companies, major retailers, and other corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial and business disputes, particularly in claims arising under unfair trade practices and antitrust laws, consumer privacy statutes, consumer fraud disputes, real estate disputes, and contract disputes. He has litigated and won multiple arbitrability disputes concerning the Federal Arbitration Act and various state arbitration acts at both the trial and appellate court levels.

Hermansky, an Immigration & Compliance Practice shareholder, focuses on EB-5 immigrant investor visas as well as employment-based and family-based immigration. She frequently presents globally on virtually all aspects of immigration law and has a practice that serves a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to universities and entrepreneurs.
