LAS VEGAS – Oct. 07, 2021 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP served as Nevada and gaming counsel to Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT) in the acquisition of the Aria Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel and Spa within the Las Vegas CityCenter project for $3.89 billion in a sale-leaseback transaction.
