Natalia Andruszewska focuses her practice on international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration, court disputes and legal assistance in construction projects. She has experience in both civil (continental) and common law and has worked in Poland and in the UK. Natalia advises clients on disputes in the construction, glass and property development sectors under a variety of arbitration rules, including ICC, LCIA, Lewiatan, Polish Chamber of Commerce and UNCITRAL.

  • Participated in ICC arbitration for a glass manufacturer in connection with proceedings following the acquisition of the client’s company.˚
  • Participated in ICC arbitration for a natural gas infrastructure and transport company against its contractor in connection with the construction of a multi-purpose facility.˚
  • Participated in LCIA arbitration for a coal importer and seller concerning a dispute over the quality of a purchased commodity.˚
  • Participated in the work for a property developer in connection with arbitration proceedings concerning a dispute with the purchaser of an office complex under UNCITRAL Rules.˚
