Sandra L. Applebaum, M.D., is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's New York office. With more than 17 years practicing allergy medicine as a licensed physician, she began a career in law focusing her practice on complex patient litigation. Sandra’s patent litigation experience includes pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, ANDA/ Hatch Waxman matters, consumer products, electronics and a variety of software-based technologies. While in law School, Sandra worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey whose docket included many patent cases.
