Nicholas A. Corsano

Nicholas Corsano focuses his practice on federal and state labor and employment counseling and litigation. Mr. Corsano advises and counsels clients on employment disputes involving Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and state/city statutes pertaining to employment regulations. He has experience handling single-plaintiff claims brought in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Mr. Corsano also counsels clients on anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies and procedures to promote a more inclusive workplace.

Additionally, Mr. Corsano has experience handling single-plaintiff and class claims concerning contested finance agreements on behalf of lenders, FDCPA and TCPA actions on behalf of financial service corporations, insurance coverage claims, and other commercial disputes.

  • Defended staffing corporation against claims of sexual harassment and retaliation. °
  • Assisted in obtaining settlement regarding claimed violations and citations of the New York City Earned Sick Time Act. °
  • Defended restaurant against claims of sexual harassment, race discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. °
  • Defended multiple restaurants against claims of ADA public accommodation violations. °
  • Defended marketing firm against claims of age discrimination and retaliation. °
  • Defended fitness organization against claims of race discrimination. °
  • Helped design and conduct interactive training on key issues relating to LGBTQ individuals in the workplace. Training focused on promoting an inclusive work environment, proper terminology, workplace legal protections, and inappropriate stereotyping. Training was specifically tailored to teach proactive approaches to minimizing work place claims.°
