Kristin Duke focuses her practice on representing public and private companies in complex commercial litigation and business disputes, financial services litigation, employment matters, and products liability. Her experience extends to both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristin defended clients in matters related to product liability, premises liability, transportation, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and nursing homes and long-term care. She has experience in virtually all phases of trial preparation, including arguing motions, defending and conducting depositions of fact and expert witnesses, and drafting pre-trial orders, Daubert motions and motions in limine.

- Prepared appellate brief and obtained affirmance of grant of summary judgment before the Georgia Court of Appeals in a premises liability case involving a slip and fall in a restaurant parking lot.°
- Prepared appellate brief and obtained affirmance of grant of summary judgment before the Georgia Court of Appeals in a premises liability case on behalf of an apartment complex owner and management company.°
- Obtained summary judgment in several premises liability cases, involving slip and falls and negligent security.°
- Obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a retail store in a negligence case involving a deer ladder stand in the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division before Judge Story.°
- Obtained settlement at mediation of a clear liability trucking accident.°
- Defended a trucking company against a motion for sanctions for spoliation of evidence.°
