Kyle K. Fox focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions for private equity and venture capital backed companies, and private companies ranging from start-ups to international business ventures. Kyle develops strategies to assist companies and investors in all types of financing transactions. In addition to his legal practice, Kyle is an adjunct professor at the University of Texas School of Law.

  • Represented an investor group consisting of TGF Management Corp., Austin Ventures, and Cotton Creek Capital in the recapitalization of Magnablend.°
  • Represented TGF Management and Austin Ventures in the recapitalization of ENTACT Environmental Services.°
  • Represented Hyper9 in its acquisition by SolarWinds.°
  • Represented Phurnace Software in its sale to BMC Software.°
  • Represented Intrinsity in its acquisition by Apple.°
