Wilson Leung is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Wilson focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors in connection with buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and other investments spanning a wide range of industries and sectors.



  • Represented Allergan in its $40.5 billion generics divestiture to Teva Pharmaceuticals.°
  • Represented Ford in its acquisition of SAIPS, an Israeli-based machine learning company.°
  • Represented a university in the transfer of its medical school to a new joint venture between the university and a hospital system.°
  • Represented a Japanese real estate company in the acquisition of a U.S. real estate investment company.°
