Gideon Levy is a litigator handling a wide variety of matters with a particular concentration on state and federal government investigations and commercial disputes. Gideon has helped clients navigate every stage of litigation, including pre-lawsuit negotiations, internal investigations and discovery, as well as dispositive motions, alternative dispute resolution, and trial, when necessary.
In addition to his experience with toxic torts and complex commercial disputes involving contracts or real estate, Gideon has also counseled clients in a range of industries, including finance, health care, mining, and telecommunication, through a variety of civil and criminal compliance investigations by government entities like DOJ, SEC, EPA, and state attorneys general. Gideon demonstrates efficient legal research and persuasive written advocacy, regularly devising novel legal strategies based on a deep knowledge of the facts and law most relevant to his client’s matters. And he maintains an active pro bono practice, giving more than 100 pro bono hours each year since becoming an attorney.
