Christopher O’Brien focuses his practice on government contracts litigation and planning. Chris advises government contractors on a variety of matters involving government procurements and federal programs, including bid protests, claims and disputes, compliance, investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and suspension and debarment proceedings. Chris also represents clients in matters before the Government Accountability Office (GAO), Small Business Administration (SBA), and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
