Mark Shettle is a member of the Banking & Financial Services Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office. He focuses his practice primarily on representing public and private borrowers, commercial banks, and private credit providers in a variety of complex financing transactions including acquisition, asset-backed, senior secured, unsecured, first lien, and second lien financings, as well as workouts and restructurings.
