Julianna Simon is a commercial litigator with a primary focus on intellectual property disputes and business disputes. Julianna works with clients to develop and implement legal strategies tailored to each client’s unique business objectives. Julianna is experienced in managing cases at various stages of litigation, including drafting and arguing substantive and procedural motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations.
