Gary E. Snyder is the former co-chair of the Atlanta Corporate practice. He counsels clients in the organization of business entities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, uses of various forms of business financing, private equity investments, and general business matters. Specifically, Gary works closely with his business clients regarding growth strategies, access to the financial marketplace and corresponding estate planning. He also has experience representing buyers and sellers in the structuring and negotiation of complex, multimillion-dollar mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of public and privately held companies. His clients cover a large range of industries, and public and private companies, including health care, technology, environmental, manufacturing, distribution and private equity. Gary is also a Certified Public Accountant.
