Aukje Strik

Aukje is a senior associate in our tax practice in Amsterdam. She has wide-ranging experience in international tax planning and coordinating multinational projects. She further focuses on Dutch corporate income tax, Dutch dividend withholding tax and the international and EU law aspects thereof. Aukje advises multinational companies on group reorganizations, international holding structures, tax treaty application, transfer pricing and intellectual property. She also represents clients towards tax authorities. Aukje further assists clients with ruling requests and dispute resolution.
