Charles R. Truslow focuses on complex commercial and business litigation. He represents a wide range of corporations, financial institutions, and other organizations in both state and federal courts.

Charles has been a key member of trial teams, including those involved in intricate appellate court proceedings in Texas. Charles often assists in the representation of banks, private equity firms, and corporations, entailing cases that encompass allegations of fraud, breach of contract, violations of securities and antitrust laws, tortious interference, among other claims.

Charles routinely participates in discovery and other pre-trial processes for complex commercial cases. This part of his practice also includes advising clients on regulatory concerns and assisting them with allegations and investigations brought by state and federal regulators.
