Dorothee von Einem advises national and international clients on all labor and employment law related matters as well as on corporate matters. She has experience in various industries and a strong focus on the technology sector. Dorothee’s practice covers all issues in connection with restructurings, reallocations and shut down of businesses, in particular with regard to negotiations and communication with the works council and the authorities. She also renders on-going advice to her clients on a regular basis.
Besides her experience with work contracts, Dorothee's focus lies on employee data protection and compliance systems, temporary employment, remuneration systems and incentive schemes, international employee assignments, participation of the works council and works agreements. She also routinely advises on all employment matters in relation to mergers and acquisitions and TUPE. Furthermore, she supports clients with immigration issues and represents companies in employment litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Dorothee worked at Olswang in Berlin and in a boutique employment law firm.
