Whitney Welch-Kirmse has a broad range of experience in federal and state court litigating complex commercial matters and class actions, with an emphasis on representing both owners and contractors in construction disputes, school districts defending civil rights claims, and helping businesses litigate employment, contract, product liability and personal injury cases. Whitney also routinely handles pre-litigation and administrative disputes initiated by the Department of Taxation, the Nevada Securities Division and the Gaming Control Board.

Prior to joining the firm, Whitney worked for the Environmental Protection Agency and had a career as a professional golfer.
