Greenberg Traurig Advises Trax USA Corp. On Sale to AAR Corp.

MIAMI– March 22, 2022 – Greenberg Traurig, P.A. advised Trax USA Corp., a leading provider of software for aircraft maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) and fleet management, on its sale to AAR Corp. (NYSE:AIR).

Trax, based in Miami, supports approximately 5,000 aircraft with critical software applications for a global group of customers including airlines, MROs, and government aircraft operators. Founded in 1999, it has some 110 employees. AAR is leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs.

The Greenberg Traurig team that represented Trax was led by Miami Corporate Shareholder Geiza Vargas-Vargas and included Yosbel A. Ibarra, corporate/co-managing shareholder of the Miami office, and Valentín I. Arenas, a Corporate Practice associate also based Miami.
