Greenberg Traurig’s Paul R. McIntyre Selected for 2025 Pennsylvania ‘Fifty Over 50’ List

PHILADELPHIA – Oct. 28, 2025 – Paul R. McIntyre, managing shareholder of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Philadelphia office, has been named to the 2025 City & State Pennsylvania “Fifty Over 50” list. This annual honor recognizes “fifty of Pennsylvania’s most prominent and accomplished leaders over the age of 50,” highlighting leaders in government, business, and media whose work and other contributions have made a positive impact on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

“Paul’s recognition as one of Pennsylvania’s most accomplished and influential leaders comes as no surprise to me and to those who have the privilege of knowing and working with him,” said Curtis B. McIntyre represents leading private equity funds, institutional investors, and real estate developers and managers in the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of environmental risks and liabilities. He maintains a reputation for advising on and crafting practical, business-oriented strategies that help mitigate risk and facilitate deals.

McIntyre also represents clients in the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of commercial real estate, and he provides clients with environmental counseling in corporate mergers and acquisitions and similar business transactions, and regularly advises clients as to the practical and potential impacts of environmental conditions on site development plans, financing terms, and exit sales. McIntyre has worked on the environmental aspects of more than 1,000 deals during his career, and is known for being a responsive, professional, and courteous practitioner.

The magazine will celebrate this year’s “Fifty Over 50” honorees at a reception held Oct. 28 in Philadelphia, featuring remarks from former U.S. Sen. Bob Casey, as well as Beverly Mackereth, owner and president of Mackereth Consulting, and Joyce Wilkerson, member of the School District of Philadelphia’s Board of Education.
