Greenberg Traurig Advised Lewandpol Property on the Acquisition of Central Point Office Building in Warsaw

WARSAW - 16 June 2026 -  Greenberg Traurig advised Lewandpol Property on the acquisition of Central Point, a landmark office building in the heart of Warsaw's Central Business District, from Immobel.

The transaction ranks among the largest office investment transactions on the Warsaw market this year and reflects the growing activity of Polish capital in the sector.

Central Point offers approximately 19,300 sqm of modern office space as well as on-site retail and parking facilities. The building is situated at the crossroad of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska, one of the best-connected locations in the city. Central Point is fully let to established tenants and holds a BREEAM Excellent certification.
