Elizabeth Ross Hadley


Elizabeth Ross Hadley focuses her practice on government law and policy and litigation matters. Her government law and policy practice includes legislative, regulatory and policy issues, including insurance regulation, economic development, technology, health care policy and campaign finance compliance. Her legislative and agency experience with the U.S. Senate, the Texas State Senate and the Texas Department of Agriculture has provided additional insight and unique perspective on Texas government. Elizabeth’s litigation experience includes representation of pharmaceutical and medical device companies, insurance companies, financial institutions, health care providers, public and private corporations, and state governmental entities. She has wide-ranging trial experience, including first and second chair in jury and bench trials, motions practice, discovery and mediation.
