BIO International Convention 2023

The BIO International Convention 2023 will take place June 5-8 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. The conference is the premier event of the global biotech industry and will feature educational programs that explore the current and future state of biotech. On Thursday, June 6, Greenberg Traurig Shareholder A.J. Tibbetts will moderate the panel "IP for AI: Expanding a biopharma IP Portfolio to protect AI and data innovations." The session will provide a brief overview of IP options for protecting AI and data, followed by a moderated discussion of how in-house counsel at a small biopharma company, a large biopharma company, and a research institution choose between these options to protect their colleagues’ work.
