NEW YORK – Jan. 12, 2024 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Madison River Capital (MRC) in connection with its acquisition of Senior Care Therapy Management, LLC (SCT), a leading provider of patient-centered psychology and mental health services to the geriatric population in sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities.

SCT was founded in 2008 as a solution to the lack of sufficient psychological support for patients in sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities. Since that time, SCT has grown to be a leading provider of critical mental health services within 300+ facilities across multiple states.

MRC is a lower middle market private equity firm focused on partnering with founders, and building leading businesses across a variety of industries, with a focus on health care and industrials.
